Our President's Message

Growing up in the 60’s in South Central Los Angeles, there was a sense of community where I lived; families looked out for one another even if they were not close friends. The adults looked out for the children, and the children were carefree and played outside until dusk when it was time for dinner. In the fragmented and individualistic societal climate of today, I would be hard-pressed to find that same kind of commitment. Homeownership and community cohesiveness have to be conscientiously taught and even fought for today. Making investments in such is a vision I share with my partners.
